walked in on a very busy Saturday just hoping to get a quote. despite having 4 cars already up on hoists, 3 waiting and others in the lot, they promised me a quote in an hour. I took a seat at the coffee place on the corner and 45 min later had a quote that was half what I was expecting. I was also expecting I'd have to come back and get the work done midweek given how busy they were. but no. they insisted they could have the repair done in 2 hours and that they were prioritizing it because it was 'not safe' to drive. I walked out 2 hours later with a new front wheel ball joint and a drive train replaced on the back, all for under $500. the car drives beautifully.
