CIBC Branch with ATM

Nadine was extremely helpful when I visited the bank. I got my bank statement in no time thanks to her. She asked me the purpose of my visit at my turn, and guided me through the process. Outside the bank, all customers were also practising social distancing while waiting for their turn. I really appreciate her friendly and customer-centric attitude. CIBC is lucky to have such an awesome employee.

I was at the Bank Branch at Eglinton@ Brimley on Tuesday April 7,2020 at 10:30 am.
I was there simply to make a withdrawal from the cash machine. There was a long line outside the Branch with people practicing Social Distancing. There was a lone Security Guard but he was posted inside the Branch and he did not have the sense to advise those of us in the line that we could use the Cash Dispenser if we so desired. I waited about 30 mins in the line to get inside the lobby only to realize that the Cash Dispensers were in working order and available for use by those of us with simple Banking needs. Can the Bank Management kindly advise the Security Guard to let customers know that the Cash Machines are available and that they don't need to stand in the long,frustrating Social Distancing Line
