City Optical

I went to go in for an eye exam and the optometrist was extremely friendly and made me feel comfortable (I was a bit nervous because of the current COVID 19 situation). I later picked out a pair of glasses with the help of a friendly associate named Sarah. She was very knowledgeable and honest and I am happy with the pair of glasses I decided to purchase. Everyone wore masks and they limited the amount of customers in the store to 3 at a time. I will be making this my go-to glasses place now!

Certainly not a fancy building but the staff was helpful and nice when I was there. Decent selection of glasses. Some glasses were quite dusty/dirty lens and many are only accessible by staff because they are in display cases or behind the cases, on the walls. That's slightly frustrating but staff was good about assisting me.

Doctor is very professional and good, the receptionist at doctor’s office was polite, the waiting area was not very clean, chairs were old and doors were small. The main door has loose glass and I was afraid when I got my baby in stroller there. However, a gentle man helped me from inside the store, I found good collection of frames, friendly staff!!
