Well I selected Costas Mobile based on a reccomendation through my CAA membership. I reviewed 5-6 different options and they were the best I felt, based on reviews. I initially had sent an e-mail to see if they would be able to perform the work needed on my 2014 Grand Caravan. The reply I received was by far the most comprehensive explanation of the potential issues we would be facing. The issue was the Air conditioning was not blowing much if any cold air. Almost June and that would not work, even given the reduced driving as a result of the pandemic. Of the 5 emails I had sent to various garages, all from the CAA site. Of the 5 only 3 replied. Mano was who was corresponding with me and I immediately felt at ease knowing this was the right choice. After a few emails back and forth, always answered quickly and professionally, and some outside of normal business hours I made the appointment for the coolest day of the week since I did not want to be inside waiting with Social Distancing being the word of the year. The estimate for time was between 1 and 2 hours and the price for the test/ inspection and recharge was within what I had expected. The system seemed to only need a charge after a fairly comprehensive stress test on it and the go ahead was made. After about 80 minutes I saw the van come out and thought can't be ready yet, must just need to move some cars around. No the job was complete!! I paid the invoice and my keys were wiped clean with a fresh Lysol wipe and I was also give one. I was out the door and on my way home to work from home. Remember the good old days of going to the office? About 5 minutes in to the 15 minutes drive I had to turn the AC off because it was TOO cold! Ahhh what a feeling. Before I left Mano explained potential future issues that could happen and went over several options including estimates. I know this will be my first place to call for any further issues I have with the car and I'll jump at the chance to reccomend this garage to friends and family looking for a reputable station. Here is hoping the charge holds and we get many cool summers out of it.
