(May 17, 2018, 11:50 am)In contrast to the other experiences posted here, mine has been relatively good. I think it's unfair to cite wait times as the sole reason of discontent seeing as this is the only costco tire center in Toronto East and therefore they have endless customers, even people coming down from Markham. I did have to wait upwards of an hour, 2 hours to speak to someone sometimes, and the quickest appointment they could give me was almost 3 weeks later BUT I felt that the workers were knowledgeable and patient, explaining things and problem-solving with you, and the actual booked tire installation was quick and painless.
