My parents house was broken into while they were away, so they came and not only re-keyed all the doors, but put in reinforcement plates. Their service technician was very nice, and walked me through everything he did. Very reasonable price too. Would highly recommend.

I needed a key cut for an old vehicle so I called a number of places that offer key cutting, they all said they wouldn't be able to. When I called Custom Door & Lock they sounded confident and thought they had a blank that would work. They were very helpful, cut the key for me, told me I could bring it back if there were any issues, and charged a very reasonable price. Just tested the key and it works perfectly. Very happy they were able to help me out, it was apparently that they really know their stuff.

They were able to provide me with a difficult to find replacement item so that I could repair one of my locks. This is a perfect example of small business providing an exceptional shopping experience. They do charge more for some comparable items you would find in a big box store, but I found it perfectly understandable given that this is a small specialty business.
