My experience with Farwin was amazing as soo as I meet her she knew my style she is really good at her job and as for the lady who does the alterations Miss Evette she was so kind to get my gown done in time overall great experience

Great experience. The David’s Bridal location in Scarborough was my first and final stop for a wedding dress. Found the dress of my dreams here!

Karen was amazing to work with at this location. She made the appointment fun for us and was very knowledgeable about the dresses. She really understood what I was looking for, and was VERY patient and helpful while I tried on close to a dozen dresses (some more than once, too). By no means was she a pushy salesperson at all and NEVER made me feel pressured to make a purchase that day. She kept my budget in mind, and my dress actually ended up being under budget, which I was thrilled about. I could not have asked for a better bridal appointment.

We ended up going on a Saturday afternoon, and while I was initially worried about it being really busy and not having my assigned sales consultant nearby at all times, Karen was very attentive and present for the entire appointment.

Wow, just wow. Never did I ever experience such amazing customer service from any store like I did here. Gloria is literally my wedding angel and saved my wedding! If you are lucky enough to have her help you find the dress, then you are in amazing hands. She went above and beyond and was extremely understanding and patient with me. She made me feel truly special and it was an experience my family and I will forever be thankful for. Gloria and her team are all very professional, knowledgeable and have lots of experience. Best of all they are so supportive throughout the dress shopping experience. I can't wait to see Gloria again when my dress comes in :) Thank you very much Gloria!

Grace was fantastic! She really understood my style and was able to pull so many beautiful dresses for me to try on. She was confident in my dress size and encouraged me to try on styles I didn’t think would fit me right. Because of her help, I was able to narrow down the look I was aiming for. I never felt rushed during my appointment. Grace was supportive of my indecisiveness, and accommodating to my large bridal party. It was definitely an experience every bride should have.

Customer Service was AMAZING, GRACE WAS A DELIGHT TO work with and was extremely patient and helpful. Great atmosphere. Felt like a princess. I was quiet surprised with myself after my purchase. Was not expecting to buy anything today. But the atmosphere was very inviting and made my decision quite simple. Again my stylist Grace was exception and deserves a star! Thank you for making my first dress shopping experience enjoyable. Would recommend to anyone on a budget and looking to be in a judge free environment!

I have been here twice in the last few months. One was to find my bridesmaids dresses and one for my wedding dress.

Grace, who helped find my bridesmaids dresses, did a wonderful job at making me and my girls feel comfortable. We went on a Saturday morning and it was super busy. Nevertheless, she made sure our experience was success.

Karen did a great job and helped me find my perfect wedding dress! I felt comfortable and beautiful in the dress, and Karen made sure I was happy. She was wonderful at showing me the different selection of veils and what would compliment my dress.
