Went there to install a new handlebar and bar tape for my custom build. Reggie greeted me and is honestly super awesome. Had so much knowledge about my bike and made great conversation. Got an email the next day that it was ready for pickup. The work was expertly done. Bar tape was super crisp and the cable work was immaculate. These guys know what they're doing and they are well stocked for everything you need in terms of cycling. No wonder they have been a Scarborough cycling staple. A-1 shop.
I got my first bike fitting 3 years ago; Neil did a really good job and I didn't have any issues at all. Today I went back again for another fitting because my left knee was bugging me and after a quick inspection Neil asked me if I had moved the saddle (which I had) and adjusted it properly. He also adjusted my cleats and made sure everything was in the correct position. Thank you, Neil!
Highly recommended!
Great shop with super knowledgeable staff. Was going to have to leave my bike for a service, but they ended up fixing it on the spot. Would recommend this shop to anyone looking for anything bike related.
Stopped in here to look for a bike, just as the city was selling out during the pandemic. Staff was incredibly helpful, and I’m thrilled with my bike: Liv Rove. There was an issue with the bike, I ended up getting a flat a week in, then again a few weeks later. Both were repaired at no charge (it was a manufacturer’s error). I highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone.
Got new pedals here for one of my bicycles. Extremely helpful and great customer service. They helped me install the pedals on my bicycle as well. Only issue I had was the elderly gentlemen did not let me know when my bicycle was done with the install. All it takes is to say “you’re good to go” or “it’s done” I had to wait to find out if it was done by someone else working at the store. The install wasn’t free so I’d expect some sort of communication from the installer... money talks remember? Other than that, this bike shop is excellent. Well organized. Has almost everything you would need for a bicycle. I would check prices online before buying in store just to be sure you’re getting the lowest price possible.
