Dr Tracy is a lovely person who only insists on what's good for you. The staff are nice too.
I had to wait 20 mins more than what time I was assigned, but she was thorough and the appointment did not feel rushed.

It was my first time to meet Dr Tracy Wong and I'm completely blown away by her professionalism, kindness, knowledge and expertise. I have a corneal condition called recurrent corneal erosion which has been with me for about 2 years now. It flared up yesterday and it was the most uncomfortable and frustrating feeling. My eye kept watering,, was painful and blurry which prevented me from working. I wanted to see her yesterday but unfortunately she was fully booked. I ended up going to a different clinic and I truly saw the difference between a capable and knowledgeable doctor from one who is rushed and all about the numbers. I'm so glad that I went for a second opinion with Dr Tracy Wong. Although it helped that my background is Ophthalmology and that I understood the medical and ophthalmic jargon, I'm 100% certain that she treats every single one of her patients with kindness and that she offers her expertise without making the patient feel rushed. She immediately made me feel at home and welcome. More importantly, she relieved me of my painful eye and immediately gave sound medical advice. Her entire staff, from the receptionist Liberty to the other gentleman and the assistant, they all were very warm and kind. I look forward to having a long term relationship with this clinic knowing that I am in the best possible hands and care. I will definitely recommend them to my family and friends as well as my colleagues in the medical and health care and insurance world.

I have been going to Dr. Tracy Wong for 10 years -- from her days as an associate to her own practice presently. I appreciate her detailed examinations and care demonstrated in ensuring my prescription is as accurate as possible (as I have fairly high astigmatism and would prefer not to have anything change for the worse). She is also able to help with suggesting the right fit for contact lenses, knowing my astigmatism and day job are important factors. Though I live no where close to Scarborough Town Center, I still make the trek to see her as I value her thoroughness as my optometrist.
