duplication.ca has exceeded my expectations twice in a row (one cassette and one CD release) - With clear and constant communication, helpful tips for newcomers planning a release, and even sending sample images during the production process. The product I received wasn't bad at all. It was their negligence in regards to my order. When I didn't receive my order a couple days after I was told it was going to arrive I emailed customer service asking when to expect my package and ONLY THEN they tell me it was sent back to the office. Nobody reached out to me prior to my email. They said they can send it back out again but they would have to charge me for shipping again. HOWEVER, I didn't receive any tracking information nor a notification that the package was on it's way. I had to go pick it up. I came to find out when I took off the return sticker that was on the package, my name was spelled incorrectly AND my address was incorrect. I wrote my name correctly and it was on the order form and the correct address as well. I was charged shipping for no reason. I got work done here before but this was a sloppy transaction.

I have used this company for a number or projects in the past year. Very happy with how the finished products turn out but less so with turnaround times. Essentially if you aren't willing to pay a rush fee your project could be pushed well beyond their estimated window. Recommended if you aren't up against deadlines but if you are I would suggest looking elsewhere for your duplication needs.
