This place is amazing!! They know everything about games to even help with what your looking for. Great customer service and organization of the store.

Staff was Curtious and very knowledgeable, all my questions got answered.

My experience here was very limited but really enjoyed the service at this location. The store clerk was more than helpful and even helped me out with a discount on a used game. I picked out 4 games and he was knowledgeable on each one. I recommend this location over others I have been to.

I'd give 10 stars if I could. Great staff and customer service. This is my go to EBgames location. They go beyond to give you the best deals and experience.

Back in February, I was looking to trade for a Nintendo Switch, Jessie (I think that's his name (says Gilbert on receipt)) told me to come back the next day for a better trade in promotion (earn double trade in credits or something). So I did and and he was very helpful throughout the process and got me some extra trade in credits on top of the initial trades. Thanks bro.
