eco+amour

In love with this concept! I came across eco and amour at The Green Living Show in 2019. When i found out they had a shop I was so excited to visit! It was betrer than expected! Very clean, the lady working there was knowledgable and explained well how the refillable system worked. They offer reusable jars and containers if you forget your own (which we did) that are already sterilized. Incredibly convenient! They have so many natural and local product options. We need more stores like this in our area! Sustainability at its finest!

It's a beautiful store that has many things to offer. I am new to the zero waste and repurposing items, I met Sarah and she was very kind and helpful in providing me tips as to how to start. She is also very knowledgeable about the products in the store and took the time to explain various items - I did not feel like I was rushed to purchase anything.

All in all, it was a great experience. I will be coming back in the near future!

So impressed with the quality of products. As a nutritionist I'm so careful about what I put into my body, and now I can REALLY feel good about what goes on the outside as well. I love their shampoo, body scrub, and pretty much everything else they sell in store. Not only are the products natural, high quality and environmentally friendly, but they work, and the fact that you also don't have plastic to throw away at the end... now I'm really feeling good from the inside out! The staff are so helpful and friendly too. Love this place!

We were lucky enough to be seated at the counter overlooking the kitchen which gave us unique insight on how beautifully Chef Kris Lee and his amazing team operates. We watched as the kitchen team prepared plate after plate of perfectly prepared food.

We went all out on the seafood from raw to fritto! It was all really real good. Amazing flavour and perfectly prepared. Truffle risotto and seasonal greens were simple, elegant and very tasty. No skimping on the truffles here!
I'm not usually a chocolate fan but their squid ink Torta al Nero with olive oil was unique and amazing.
Oh , and the Sicilian Manhattan was pretty awesome.
Definitely not inexpensive but totally worth it if you appreciate all the work that goes into the foods and the how the flavours make the taste buds do a happy dance.
Will definitely go back to cover the other half of the menu we didn't get to.

If you are on the path of minimal to absolute zero waste lifestyle and want to help the planet, this place gets you set in the right direction! Their laundry soap is DIVINE. To do a regular FULL load cycle, you only need 1 TBSP of the detergent. And your clothes are SQUEAKY clean! Their dish brushes, soap is amazing as well. You can also bring your own bottles to refill and it’s a great price for such a great cause. Support these guys! Eco+Amour are part of what will make our future cleaner! Thank you!
