Ellesmere X-Ray

The lab has excellent hours to accommodate those who are working and are busy. If an appointment has been made, the lab has a good system to give you reminders. I never have to wait very long. For x-rays, I was told that making an appointment was not necessary. I showed up at 5:35 pm today (Monday), the lady receiving me, Dash, was going to tell me that I was too late (there was a patient in front of me and the lab closed at 6 pm), but she changed her mind and the X-ray technician , Paul, took me in right away. I noticed that Dash was very patient and pleasant on the phone as well. I have had good experience with this medical imaging lab. The only suggestion that I'd like to make is for the staff, especially the technicians, to introduce themselves by giving their names. If they did that, I would have given the lab 5 stars.

Natalie and Ashia (sp?) were both professional, knowledgeable and put me at ease. Both of my appointments were completed on time. The whole process took only 80 minutes.

I went to get an ultra sound at Ellesmere X-ray. I got there on time and registered in fast and only had to wait a shot time to get ultra sound, actually was taken in before my appointment time. Ultra sound was fast and painless and very professional.

I was in and out in approximately half an hour which was very much appreciated. My technician, was wonderful! She was knowledgeable and efficient and made my visit a pleasure. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ellesmere X-ray to friends and family, and I would happily return if I need such services in the future.
