(February 19, 2021, 6:39 pm)It’s always hard finding the right therapist that you’re comfortable with especially one that will understand your cultural background too. I was happy I found a South Asian therapist that was able to understand the stigma on mental disorders in the cultural community. It took me a few sessions until I knew I found the one for my needs. I’m not where I want to be yet, but I know I’m on the right track to healing thanks to her!
