Customer service is above and beyond by the whole team. They call to follow up, and make sure you are satisfied with your rental.

I drove two different cars because they didn't have the vehicle size I had booked at first. My only disappointment was the cleanliness of both cars. Unfortunately they were both dusty on the inside, and the exterior didn't seem washed at all.

When I mentioned it while picking up the second car, they did promptly offer to do a quick wipe down of the interior, which speaks to their customer service again. If they maintained their rental vehicles better, I would definitely go back to them for future rentals, since they are very pleasant to deal with!

Very helpful. Very courteous. They pick me up and drop me off but only because I'm not far away.
They actually make an effort so you don't wait and if you do wait, that means they're probably really busy.
It's the only branch I'll go to from now on

Recently needed a car rental arranged by my insurance because of an accident. Everyone here was professional and friendly - they picked me up at my auto shop and dropped me off on the day that I dropped the car back to them. Ford Escape I had for 12 days was clean and ran great. Would highly recommend this location

It was my first time at this location. For some of the reason they couldn’t arrange a car at this location so they made few calls and got me the car I wanted at different location and they even personally drove me to another location and assisted me very well. Super friendly staff and above the excellent service. Cheers guys and keep up the good work.

Friendly staff.... They give good choices to select a car.... Nice free upgrades as well are provided by the staff.....please take bookings for just one day weekends as well.... Always have to book for 2 days or many times we have to get the car from other open locations... Just as in winter you allow to book for saturday... Please start that in summers as well..... Just a sincere request
