(July 26, 2019, 4:42 pm)Lots of cheaply made imported items. No brand name, or weird Asian brands. Lots of memory cards and phone/electronic accessories. Got 3 low priced fans there during the heat wave. Had to add some rubber bumpers to the bottom of the fans to stop vibration, now their working perfectly.
Think they have a lot of oversale new items an a bit of factory refurbished stuffs.

(February 25, 2019, 2:38 am)I had the pleasure of dealing with Deanna at this Factory Direct location and what a wonderful shopping experience. This employee couldn't have been more helpful, knowledgeable or pleasant. Now that I know that I'm not going to be stuck with a $1000 store credit, but am able to receive a refund for a defective big ticket item purchased at Factory Direct, I won't hesitate to do my future electronics shopping at Factory Direct, and the Scarborough location will be my first choice!
