(October 17, 2020, 9:49 pm)I visited Fallingbrook Wellness today for a massage with Heather which was excellent. The facility was very clean and modern.
The only reason I am not giving a 5 star was due to the way I was greeted.
When I entered there was a lady standing there with a mask and faceshield. She looked at me and said nothing. After about 30 seconds she asked me to use the hand sanitizer ro which I replied "I didn't realize you worked here." She looked back at me and said "obviously, I'm not wearing this faceshield for fun" and walked away.
Acknowledge your customers. if you don't like your job, find something else to do.
