The staff here are very friendly and knowledgeable. They genuinely want to help and have provided me with excellent service during each visit. I will be sure to come back to them for all of my optic needs!

Everyone and everything is good but the one young female (light skin) woman is very rud and unprofessional last time I bought my glasses somewhere else.we are (4) people buying glasses from your store.

I'm so glad places like this still exist. i came here while just passing through the mall. needed my glasses fixed and they worker there did it immediately for free of charge and even cleaned them up. i was so surprised that i ended up coming back and buying my glasses with them. just really nice people here with good hearts. i definitely would recommend .

love coming here, the staff are always very sweet to me. really like how they put all their designers together, saves me the time of walking around and potentially missing a frame i would've liked. the doctor there is super cool as well (the doctors room is a bit small but its never been a problem for me). i would recommend!

ive been a customer at famous optical for a while now. i give them 5 stars because they always have treated me well. id highly recommend this place because the after purchase care is great, i always drop in whenever i need things fixed and they are always willing to help out. -Andy
