Fast Track Imaging

Called and got there 15 minutes before they were to close on a Friday afternoon. Very courteous and accommodating front desk staff. Within 5 minutes we were in. Very caring technician who understood demands of special needs kid and obliged. Good people and timely service.

The receptionist was courteous and polite, and efficient. The lab is in a run down building and doesn't look esthetically good and the setup at this lab is also minimal. No music or TV or entertainment magazines. The xRay room is clean but they need improvement on overall hygiene like, put paper cover on the head rest. It's naked leather /polyester, and everyone puts their head there. I don't want to have direct contact with something that a lot of people have contact with. What if someone has lice in their hair? Now I'll get lice too ????

The overall process took about 10 minutes, in and out. No long wait times which is good. So kudos to that.

Called in and scheduled an appointment same day. Truly impressed. Service was fast and efficient. The receptionist and tech were both friendly and pleasant!
