Vivek was very attentive, good service, pity he couldn't solve the issue with my XA1 whereas I need to restart the phone to start to receive calls (at least once a day). Gave me a few options for my account which I will think about.. Good to know someone takes the time to check this with the customer

Great experience at this location. Vivek was very helpful and informative. A much faster and efficient visit than I have experienced at other locations!

Went in today, looking to get a new iPhone on same plan. Got a new iPhone 8 with no issues. Did this within 30 minutes. Great fast service. The two gentlemen helping me were very kind and welcoming.

Gulrez is very informative and answered every question I had with ease. Definitely one of the better in store freedom people that's helped me. He also has a great singing voice :)

Gulrez was fantastic with me today helping me set up my cell. He was a very good listening and understood my issues. I would recommend going to his freedom mobile outlet. All in all a great experience.
