This is a wonderful club with many friendly faces! They have an awesome martial arts program (adults & kids). I have my kids doing judo and really enjoying it!
Their boot camp is one of the best in the city! The classes have variety and are interesting! The motivation is amazing and the trainers actually know what they are doing. Love this place!!
