Their store might not be the largest dog store around town but their quality of customer service and the heart warming welcome which you are greeted with as you enter the establishment is well above the competition. The quality of customer service is the first indication of how well these guys cares about their customers as the products which are being sold provides you with the same satisfaction. The products are well built with some of the highest quality of materials you can find on the market. These products are not only well built, they are also very nice looking, which are always easy on the eyes especially when in public space. They really knows the secrets to keep you coming back.

Staff is amazing. So knowledgeable about the training and care of Dogs. Products are not expensive and very reliable. Staff was able to listen and explain what I need for my dog. Would recommend

WOW what an amazing experience! I went in the other day looking for a harness for my puppy. The staff went above and beyond to explain the difference in different products with positive effects they have. The customer service was way beyond! Definitely will be coming back to find more goodies for my puppy! Will be referring all my family and friends here. What an eye opening experience as to all the different products they carry!!
