I have had a couple different service providers in my house since I moved in 7 months ago. Each of the providers I had prior to start had constant drops that lasted for hours at a time and tech support was able to reset the modem and then it would drop shortly after getting off the phone. I thought my house was cursed, but I switched to start.ca I have had zero drops and only one slow down that lasted about 5minutes. I would 100% recommend them - Great price and exceptional service and speed!
