Marcona Almonds from Spain with lemon and sea salt? Love it. Cashews are great on their own or sometimes on top of salads. Good to bring to friends when we go for dinner or drinks. Always a big hit. The Walnuts and Berry mix is always in my golf bag.

I get the mix with walnuts, pecans, strawberries, blueberries and cranberries. I absolutely love it, it's such a healthy snack and makes you feel good and fills you up. I was disappointed to find that the last bag I purchased however had absolutely no strawberries in it even though it's one of the main ingedients. Hopefully it doesn't happen again!

I found Hand Fuel at Circle K and my family absolutely loved it; we eat it every day as a very healthy snack, and to support hunger between meals. You feel fulfilled but while eating healthy.

I cannot recommend this product enough - simply excellent!
