Healthy Planet Scarborough (Parkway Mall)

I have been visiting this branch for many years ,generally the customer service has been quite good. Yesterday it was exceptional. Shirin K. showed a lot of empathy and patience as she helped me with my health issues of stress and grief that I am presently experiencing. Her expertise with the products was very evident i.e suggestions and recommendations .Her calm and proffesional manner was a great source of comfort . Honestly, it was like speaking with a Therapist/Counsellor. I felt calm leaving the store and I did say to her that she was a Blessing. Thank you Shirin for being so kind and caring.

This Parkway Mall location has a wide assortment of health conscious foods both packaged fresh and frozen, health products and supplements.

Staff are knowledgeable and friendly too.

Prices are expectedly higher but look out for in-store exclusive sales or specials.

A big store made you a headache not knowing where to start with! Best is have an idea what you want before going in. A lot of choices from vitamin to cooking oil. They have groceries vegetables as well. Snack , etc .
I have got 2 Olive oil for $12. Each shoos have their own promotion so you won’t see it from their flyers.

I shop simply for one item and this is the ONLY location that seems to always have it. Lovely layout, well-stocked. Staff is friendly, a little slow on the registers but a good store overall.

I've always had great experiences and customer service from this location. Never knowing it was a healthy planet! I just knew it was a health food store I stumbled upon years back before healthy planet was a more well known name. It's a different layout from all the other Healthy Planets i've been to.
