(October 27, 2020, 5:37 am)Went here looking for hardware and brackets to finish building the new railing on my desk and while the website had said that there were a dozen of a specific bracket in stock there were only 3 when I got there. When I asked an associate about the stock level and if they maybe had them elsewhere he told me that is common for the systems numbers to be off and that's just the way it is. It was rather inconvenient to run to another store for the remaining 3 brackets I needed but now I call in advance before driving there. Please manage your inventory better in the future.

Logan was such an amazing person, answered all my questions and concerns. Absolutely the best customer service agent I have encountered.
