Went here looking for hardware and brackets to finish building the new railing on my desk and while the website had said that there were a dozen of a specific bracket in stock there were only 3 when I got there. When I asked an associate about the stock level and if they maybe had them elsewhere he told me that is common for the systems numbers to be off and that's just the way it is. It was rather inconvenient to run to another store for the remaining 3 brackets I needed but now I call in advance before driving there. Please manage your inventory better in the future.

Much better than other hardware stores I have been to. Well stocked and well organized, and the staff is very helpful.

I just had an amazing experience at the customer service desk. Absolutely no hassle with the refund and was given a price match on one of the items. Logan was such an amazing person, answered all my questions and concerns. Absolutely the best customer service agent I have encountered. Great job Logan and Alicia, really appreciated, keep up the great work.
