I had a lady named Maureen help me she was excellent made the experience stress free and was very helpful. Overall a good experience and great people

I was honestly about to pull a Karen in there when I first arrived. I had booked an appointment online at a specific location, got a confirmation email that also let me know exactly who would be taking my appointment and doing my tax return, but when I got there, the receptionist was like " no, we don't do appointments, I don't know why they have that as an option" telling me I'd have to come back Monday (it was Friday) and "try again". That obviously didn't sit well. I made an appointment for a reason, I arranged a ride that day and had a family member watch my kids that day, something that couldn't have been repeated on the Monday. Not cool. FORTUNATELY the manager was there and overheard and was very apologetic and said they would most definitely honour the appointment, and though there were a crowd of people who had been waiting there before I arrived, I was seen instantly. So everything worked out.

I had a very good experience, the staff were kind and helpful, definitely going back again next year!
