A front counter male sales associate (Jing Huang) was very patience even when he interacted with an irate, old male customer who raised his voice and yelled to Jing back and forth more than 7 minutes.
Jing explained to me clearly about the protocol of service cancellation the time when I returned the phone adapter in person.
He had such a nice tone and smile (even behind the mask).

I went into this business to ask questions as to what iTalkBB was all about and the Guy there was very helpful and took the time to explain to me, although I told him I am just enquiring as to what it's about he still was very pleasant and professional, he also had a very big smile on his face when he saw me taking out a few photos ( Not sharing that photo of the smile) I appreciate the pleasure of rating the business based on his conduct.
