I found that Karen was very efficient at finding vehicles, whether for personal or commercial purposes. Karen helped me source out two separate vehicles successfully. Later on, we had some major issues with the leasing company for the vehicle, and Karen reached out on our behalf to try and help sort out some issues for us. I appreciate that she cared for my needs long after the purchase of the vehicle!
