MINUS 1 STAR for no sales receipt even when you paid with a card! (Happened with me during last 3 visits.)
MINUS 1 STAR for not providing adequate napkins. I was handed over exact 2 napkin and 2 ketchup pouches every time. Whenever I had requested politely for extra napkins and ketchup, I always got a response in a raised voice that napkin and ketchup is inside. Employee ( Aged Indian staff member ) is quite hesitant to give some extra ketchup.
$0.50 for refilling the drink at this location.
Food quality: Both the chicken and fries were delicious.
