(April 8, 2019, 4:28 pm)Parking gets a bit tricky and tendency to be super-packed with crowds (especially on weekends) but lots of fun water play for the kids (slides, splash pads, standing water guns, etc.). Plus, can't beat free lol
There are staff monitoring different areas of the park and I believe that the water is treated every hour or so. We've been there a few times when everyone had to exit the water areas for cleaning so that was reassuring that they take measures to reduce yucky bacteria etc.
Outside the water park, there are plenty of areas to dry off and a sand playground as well. -

(October 18, 2018, 1:31 am)I would give this park 5 stars, but it is always so busy. It is understandable as it is free and run by the city of Toronto. I would not want to spend the whole day as it can become overwhelming especially if you have younger kids you need to keep an eye on. The park is pretty big with plenty of features for all age groups. This is a great place to stop by for an hour or two and let the kids cool off and run off some energy.
