This Koodo (authoritzed dealer) is hidden in plain site but worth going to as the customer service is excellent. Located at the intersection of Eglinton Ave and Brimley Rd on the South West side (behind the BMO).

I recently went to this location and had an excellent experience with my phone being serviced. The Koodo representative's name was Barnabas who helped me through my technical issue. He was helpful, kind, and genuine which made me comfortable talking about potential new phone upgrades. Overall, great experience and I would go back when upgrading a Koodo phone.
