(March 18, 2019, 4:49 pm)Update: 03/18/19 ~ Recieved a call from the manager as well as an apology and I appreciated the customer service. I may visit this location again. It is great to be heard. This location may be my go to in the future. Wonderful customer service. (3/5 stars).
03/17/19 ~ The customer service here is terrible. Don't visit this location. I have had terrible experies twice now. I have only had a good experience at the Dundas location. I don't recommend this location. (1/5 stars).
