I have been a patient of a GP at this clinic for several years. Have had difficulty many times booking an appointment over the phone. Again today spent 8 minutes on hold then tried a little later and spent 10 minutes on hold. Still not able to talk to anyone and there was no automated offer to leave a message. My experiences with the staff over the years have been mostly positive and pleasant.

One of the receptionists is completely rude. Sophie is the best, she is sweet and always helpful.

I've been with this clinic over 5 years and NEVER have I called in and not be put on hold for more than 7 mins. Most frustrating part is in several occasions, I was on hold for several minutes to only be disconnected. ????

The front desk are lovely ladies but as I observed, organization & communication needs to be worked on so workload can be competed in a professional and timely manner.

Dr. Andrew V. has been our family doctor for about 3 years since we moved to Scarborough and he has been absolutely excellent towards our health needs. He truly takes his time with you and to ensure everything is tested and accounted for when coming in for a health concern.

If you have an appointment, waiting times has been very minimal. They are good at getting you in and out in a timely manner.
