Company is not geared to handle walk-in trade, but I called ahead and Kris was very accommodating. He provided me with a shipping charge credit so that I only paid on-line for the cartridges, and arranged for the product to be at my disposal for pick up the very next day. I have not tried the ink yet, but I have little doubt it will be as good as other after-market brands that I have used in the past. Prices are so competitive I have nothing to lose.
