Have been working with JEFF ROSE for the past 3/4 yrs now and he very good at what he does... but what is better is that when I have a problem that I need attending asap he is actually here before I can blink twice... that never happened with the other company we had here at NUCAP.... thanks to JEFF my trucks are always up and running... (except when he has to wait for a part to come in).....

Rob and the Lifttow team have been a great partner in ensuring our forklifts and other powered industrial trucks are maintained regularly as well as back up and going with speedy same day fixes when break downs occur. Appreciate all you do!

Rob Elder was our service technician. Rob was at the job site in a very timely manner and had our lift truck up and going in no time. He was very informative on what was wrong and what was needed to be done to make it safe to operate. Rob explained things well. Very friendly, and a pleasure to talk to. I would definitely recommend his services.
