Excellent service. We picked up an EGO snowblower, and one of the sale associate ran after us to tell us there is a promotion that includes a free leaf blower, and brought it to us. When we tried to price match against home depot, they nicely explained to us we can only get the blower if we are buying at full retail. Excellent customer service overall even though I couldn't get the leaf blower, I still walked out as a happy customer.

Good but bit expensive, prices not like homedepot.

Customer Service is terrible and prices are way too high for most things. Online chats are terrible and take forever. Forget calling their phones— takes a really long time but they are still better than other retailers for calling. The worst part is their online inventory. Nothing is accurate so even though I had placed an order— the store I was going to stated they don’t have it. And their store said they had two in stock. This store showed zero in stock but when I called— they had 18 in stock! That is crazy. I almost drove out to New Market because of that. Please fix your systems.
