  They are the best in Toronto. Amazing people, excellent service and very reasonable rates.
  
  Greg and George genuinely care about their customers. Every time I go there, they amaze me with their dedication to service, honesty, and integrity. Only true professionals like them can have such high standards.
  
  I came to know them through one of my colleagues and ever since I give my cars only to them for repairs.
  
  If there was a way I could rate them more than 5 stars I would have done that without thinking twice.

  Called on a Saturday because my car wouldn’t start. Verbally confirmed it was likely the starter. They pre ordered the part while I waited for a tow truck at my house for a few hours so the repair could be made immediately. Car was picked up at 11, car was repaired by 12:30. Great friendly service, so happy to find a fast friendly and reliable shop.

  We had such a positive experience at Lucas. My mom and sister both go there to get their cars fixed and have always said wonderful things about them and everything is true. We went there a week ago after a bad experience with another garage. Lucas diagnosed the problem correctly and fixed it for a very reasonable price. The owner is friendly and trustworthy and has a great rapport with his customers. This is now our new mechanic.

  I am very happy with the service I received. After discovering I had a coolant leak, I called Lucas Automotive as referred for a mechanic by a friend. They were able to fit me into their schedule since it was their busy season with winter approaching and finish the repairs in a timely manner. They updated me through the entire process and quoted the parts fairly. The work has since left my car running smoothly without any more coolant smells or issues. The cost was completely reasonable as compared to going to a dealership with no extra charges being made to my bill. The staff were very nice to deal with and appreciated my service as I was a new customer.
