The cleanliness of the building has drastically changed in the past few months for two reasons 1) the management let go the janitorial staff without hiring any replacements 2) the residents are not cooperating with guidelines to properly dispose their waste.

On a personal note, for the past two years, I have been dealing with the mice issue almost every month if not every week even though my apartment was a "renovated" one. Apparently they did not seal the holes in the entire apartment and the worsening cleanliness issue is adding to the problem.The management's competence is limited to making a phone call to pest control and that after several reminders. Yet they will get pest control for a single month without any necessary follow-up. This is not an ideal situation to be in especially when one is paying a high rent of nearly $2000/ month.

To end with a postive note, this is a very peaceful neighborhood and all amenities are located in walking distance.

Was a good balance of quality to price, but the management are too greedy. Tried to back-charge me for unneeded floor polishing after I moved out. Like most of the highrises in this city, they think that coats of paint are all the maintenance a building needs.
