Master Yoga

I have been enrolled in the Teens class for about 2 years now, and every class has always been enjoyable, and proven to be beneficial for my mind and body.
The yoga studio is very nice, clean, and spacious. There is enough space for me to practice poses.
Jeya Master is the best master you will be able to find. He is very knowledgable, and always tells all the students the benefits each pose can bring to you after demonstrating it. He is also very patient, and gentle when it comes with working with students. Master is also very supportive, and motivating when students are trying to do a pose.
Overall, Master Yoga is a place I would definitely recommend if you are interested in learning more about yoga practices.

One of the best yoga centre and teaches a wonderful Yoga & Meditation class!!! He is very knowledgeable about alignment and provides adjustments to each student as needed. His guidance regarding meditation and pranayama has been very helpful. His mixed level yoga class was helpful for body, mind and peacefulness. Also, his class was both fun and challenging and was a great core workout! He is very friendly and professional, and you can tell he truly enjoys teaching!!!

In my experience it was a pleasure for me to go to Master Yoga. I would highly recommend this to all. It gives a stable mindset with peace and quiet. It also make you become more active than before. The guru of Master Yoga is very friendly and teaches a lot of good things that is very helpful to you in the future.

I've been coming here for about 8 years now. It's just something you can't live without. My life has changed so much for the better since I began yoga. Jeya master is the best that could teach this art in a fun and exciting way he is like those people you will remember for the rest of your life. When he teaches poses he shows the benefits every pose and how it could change your life. I highly recommend for you to join master yoga if you want to change your life for the better and be your best self.

I have been attending yoga class for about 3-4 years and I truly do see a difference in my body. Master is always kind. He always finds a way to teach class in a very fun way. Whenever I injure myself, I would tell Master and he will tell me what to do. Similarily, my mom has been dealing with back pain. Master has been showing her poses and giving her tips on what to do. During class, he shows poses to do to benefit the body. I always look forward to go to yoga class everyday. Master would always make you smile. Sometimes before going to class, I might be in a bad mood, but after class I would forget about my bad mood. Master makes class fun so it always changes my mood. I am very happy to be Master’s student and I am very happy to be attending class.
