(June 16, 2018, 3:54 am)Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. They have a lot of housewares available. I was looking for a specific type of rice cooker (電鍋) which has been difficult to find and they had it here! So happy! They also had a few spoons made with wheat at a really reasonable price.
In regards to previous comments, I'm not sure of their return of broken products policies, it seems like they put the fault of broken products on the consumer - there's lots of signs indicating if you break it, you pay for it.
They do have a fair policy on returns though. They only provide store credit which is listed on checkout.
