Very professional, knowledgeable and honest. Came for back set leather damage and water leak from the convertible canvas. Not only they fix it but made sure to match color in the overall interior, treat all leathers, repaired/adjusted exterior and interior canvas fixation and treat the canvas waterproof and it almost look like new for a 15 years old car... will come back anytime.

New Image did an outstanding job replacing the headliner in my truck, and for a reasonable price. Moreover, the staff are very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend.

Aside from specializing in automotive interior work (which they have been in doing for the past 30 years), they also do auto glass replacement. My RAV4's back windshield broke and was told by my insurance to have it replaced. Went to New Image Customs (Standard Auto Glass) and Harold replaced my windshield and even made sure to vacuum the back from glass debris. And instead of sitting around and doing nothing in his shop for the next 3 hours, one of his crew (Dave) drove me to a nearby mall and when they finished - picked me up again. That's what I call service! Very friendly staff. Would highly recommend them.
