My husband and I just finished the classes with Effie. We took the group classes. I was quite anxious about being clueless regarding labor and delivery but after taking the classes with Effie, I feel much better. She is very knowledgeable, all the classes were highly informative, interactive and fun. I would recommend taking these classes with Effie to all expecting first-time mamas. It's worth the investment!

My husband Edwin and I attended Effie's class in my eighth month of pregnancy, and we highly recommend it. The course covered all the bases in terms of things first-time parents need to know: labour positions, exercises to ease labour, postpartum depression and other similar issues, breastfeeding, etc etc. Effie's casual teaching style allows you to feel comfortable asking questions and for clarification. I went into this course dreading the labour process and am happy to say I came out of it being a lot more confident and ready for the ordeal ahead.
