(May 15, 2020, 1:42 am)Part of my order included 2 washroom exhaust fans, Jordan asked me if I wanted 6 inch duct adapters just in case the ones from the factory didn’t fit. I didn’t even think about that part! That is what defines professionalism in my opinion. Jordan saved me a great deal of embarrassment with my customers because he knows his stuff. I will only be purchasing material from O’Neil going forward!
