Working with these guys was the best decision I made. I was stuck dealing with my insurance on my own, but Vick came in and explained everything thoroughly and ultimately assisting me in making the right decisions. I would definitely recommend working with him if you are unsure of the process and need someone to guide you.
Vick is phenomenal at what he does. After approaching him he dealt with my claim quickly and with proficiency and I was very happy with the settlement he provided me. I would recommend his services among anyone elses.

Vick is an incredibly sharp young man. The insurance knowledge and experience he carry’s with him through each case is unmatched in my opinion. Tends to get claims done quicker, and resulting in additional $ return for the client.
One thing that amazes me is, even though he makes his clients more money (and in result, himself larger pay ), that is not what he is after. From what Vick told me, each claim is pain a client has gone through - its difficult to take away that pain, but at least you can give them what they deserve from an unfortunate situation to help ease the pain (not add onto that difficulty through insurance company fine print jargon). More money for the client results in more opportunities for them to get to their normal selves faster.

My house was damaged from a fire in early 2020. It was such a stressful time dealing with both the fire as well as the insurance company (initially). However, thanks to Vick at Onyx, he helped us through the situation and was very professional the whole way through. The insurance company was telling us we would only be able to get a certain amount to rebuild the area damaged the fire. However, Vick and his team managed to get much more as they worked diligently and had the best estimates prepared. Although we experienced a tough time, Vick at Onyx made it much less stressful and helped me and my family with the process of insurance.
