(May 3, 2019, 4:05 pm)Scott French was fantastic, as always. Personable and professional. Called ahead to confirm appointment and approximate time of his arrival. Took the time to explain everything he was going to do before he did it and what he did and found after he did it. One service could not be done due to weather, so Scott arranged to book another appointment for a follow up call to complete the service. Couldn't have asked for better service.
