Today I received a call from the dentist about an incident I had a few weeks ago. I was stunned to find out what had happened to me had never come to her attention and she only found out from my review. I'm glad I did it because she was able to see and understand what I went through. She apologized to me and I'm glad to see that the dentist I was dealing with has not changed at all. Instead it was a rude person talking on her behalf without even her authorization.. I'll gladly start dealing with the office again because I missed their service !!!!!!!!
