Pho sizes come in large or extra large. Large is quite filling. They use fresh noodles. The meat is nicely prepared, has color and texture. Not like other places that look like boiled meat. The house special has a good variety of meats. Beef ball, tripe tendon, well done beef. The soup is light but savory. You can taste the beefiness of the broth. Very nice place. Will be back. Don't steal my word beefiness!
