Great pre marinated meats!
We really love it the ribs. It comes with a rub and seasoning. They are very tender and basically fall off the bone.
The chicken mishkaki is alright but not my favorite anymore. The Mogo fries are still a hit tho. Worth a try if you like to BBQ.
Small take-out restaurant featuring East African cuisine. Their main focus is on spicy beef and chicken dishes. I decided to go with the short ribs and cassava fries. Both were very good, not too spicy. They have dipping sauce with 3 different heat levels. I went for the coconut one. Staff was friendly and didn't have to wait long for the food.
Enjoyed samosas they were as tasty as before but kebabs were soggy on the inside with uncooked core as there was mushy soggy meat core that we scooped & threw out.
Cassava fries are still good and tasty. Felt the quality has changed a bit over the past year. Chutneys were watery as well. This used to be my favorite place for my cravings and i hope this experience and quality is not a long term thing.
I finally got to try this place out and I'd say for this price you cannot get better ribs. I also had the kebabs which came with chutneys and those were really good as well.
2021 update: I tried the Gajjar Chicken, and it is the best BBQ style chicken I've had in the area. Amazing!!
Best East African food around.
The fusion mix ups are always great.
We have never been disappointed.
