I sent an email to inquire about snowboards availability for specific size. I got an email promptly with the sizes, brand and price for all the ones matching my search. Very helpful . I felt confident when I drove to the store that I will find what I needed. There was a lineup at the door , but many sales reps to help. I was impressed that they were very well organized and very helpful. Great service!

Great place to grab a pair of skates. They gave a station set up outside to try them on and everything feels safe. If you want a pair of skates to have something to do during COVID, I recommend coming here. Especially if you are not 100% confident about your size.

I spoke with the store on the phone and did receive good info. I went by the store and line up can be long, looking through the window (COVID-19 times) it's dark and lots of posters blocking the view in.

We made an appointment ahead of time to get my son fitted for skates so we were allowed indoors with our masks on while others without an appointment had to wait due their turn to be fitted outdoors. Staff were very friendly / knowledge & they've done a great job limiting numbers indoors and keeping everyone safe. We were in /out swiftly and were allowed to shop for extras while we waited for our skates to be sharpened. Great experience!
